Group Details
Target age
Hybrid Group
Adolescents aged 12 to 16 are welcome to participate in this fun and engaging group, combining shared media interests with opportunities to build social connections, communication skills, and confidence in a supportive environment.
This group is offered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in- person or virtually while engaging together in the same facilitated discussion
4 Weeks Cycle
This group meets every week
for 4 consecutive weeks. Each session is 1.5hours.
Group Fees
Each session is $80, for a total of $320 over the 4-week program. We encourage teens to participate in as many sessions as they can. It’s the most effective way to integrate new skills and it's a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers who truly understand their experience.
