Virtual Sessions
Our sessions are fully virtual for your convenience. Jillian provides a welcoming, supportive, neuroaffirmative space where sessions are engaging and meaningful. A Zoom link will be provided for each session.
6 weeks duration
This group runs every Thursday
over a six - week period.
Group Fees
Each session is $100, for a total of $600 over the 6-week program. We encourage you to participate in as many sessions as you can. It’s the most effective way to integrate these new skills and it's a fantastic opportunity to learn alongside folks who truly understand your experience.
